Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager to support the compliance function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards
• Conduct compliance tests or audits and report findings to compliance leadership
• Liaise with external authorities or governing bodies during examinations/inquiries

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5+ years of experience, including some prior management or team lead experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of insurance compliance concepts and principles, including regulatory and legal requirements related to P&C personal lines insurance products
• Strong organization and project management skills
• Experience with supporting and developing repeatable processes
• Strong analytical and research skills
