Compliance Manager (Accident & Health)

Job Summary

Compliance Manager (Accident & Health), a fully remote position responsible for delivering compliance guidance, evaluating new laws, and coordinating compliance projects within the Accident and Health business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead compliance processes and evaluate new laws impacting the business
• Develop and maintain training programs for employees and leaders on relevant regulations
• Drive continuous improvement of the compliance program by monitoring legal changes and assessing risks

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of relevant experience in compliance or regulatory affairs
• Experience with Medicare regulations and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
• Ability to apply governance standards and identify compliance opportunities
• Strong understanding of federal and state laws and their impact on business processes
• Experience in building strategic partnerships with business teams
