Compliance Manager, CFTC Licensed

Job Summary

To support the compliance foundation for a new regulated offering, the full-time remote Compliance Manager, CFTC Licensed, will manage compliance activities, enhance the compliance program for prediction markets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory alignment and customer protection.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution and enhancement of the compliance program in alignment with CFTC regulations and internal policies
• Manage day-to-day compliance activities, including monitoring, documentation, and compliance reporting
• Collaborate with Legal and other teams to respond to regulatory inquiries and translate regulatory requirements into scalable business processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory operations within a regulated industry
• Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing prediction markets, commodities, and derivatives
• Familiarity with CFTC regulations, market surveillance, and AML/KYC requirements
• Experience supporting regulatory examinations, audits, and compliance testing
• Strong judgment and a collaborative mindset with a commitment to ethical decision-making
