Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager, Consumer Protection & AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Corporate Consumer Compliance program for consumer protection, marketing, sales, and AI regulatory matters
• Enhance and manage the Compliance Complaint Management Program in accordance with regulatory and industry standards
• Develop and implement Corporate Consumer Compliance policies and training, while monitoring regulatory changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 7+ years of experience in a risk, compliance, or audit role at a technology or financial institution
• Extensive understanding of global consumer laws and regulations
• Experience managing and analyzing consumer complaints
• Experience designing regulatory governance frameworks for emerging technologies
