Compliance Manager II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Compliance II - Testing & Analytics (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of compliance testing from planning to reporting, ensuring adherence to Compliance Testing methodology
• Source, validate, and analyze testing population data to identify discrepancies and risks
• Maintain compliance documentation and ensure quality assurance of the team's work, providing insights for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 12 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with Controls and Risk Management Frameworks
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance risk management
• Experience in compliance testing or internal audit of compliance risks
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and data analytics tools
