Compliance Manager - Insider Investigations

Job Summary

Supporting the Insider Risk Program, the full-time Manager - Compliance - Insider Investigations will conduct and oversee investigations into potential insider risk activities, review findings, assist with Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) preparation, and collaborate with key stakeholders across compliance and security functions.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct and support investigations related to insider risk activity and suspicious financial behavior
• Review investigative documentation and assist with SAR preparation and filing
• Identify emerging trends and risks through investigative analysis and reporting

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in AML compliance, financial crime investigations, or insider risk investigations
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML regulations
• Experience conducting complex financial crime or compliance investigations
• Strong analytical and investigative skills
