Compliance Manager - Insider Investigations

Job Summary

Supporting the Insider Risk Program, the full-time Compliance Manager - Insider Investigations will conduct and oversee investigations of potential insider risk activities, review findings, assist with Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) preparation, and collaborate with stakeholders across compliance and security functions.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct and support investigations into potential insider risk activities and suspicious financial behavior
• Review investigative documentation and assist with the preparation and filing of SARs
• Identify emerging trends and risks through investigative analysis and reporting

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in AML compliance, financial crime investigations, or related fields
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act
• Experience conducting complex financial crime or compliance investigations
• Strong analytical and investigative skills
