Compliance Manager - Insider Risk

Job Summary

Supporting the Insider Risk Program, the full-time salaried Compliance Manager - Insider Risk will conduct and oversee investigations related to potential insider risk activities, review findings, prepare Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance compliance and investigative processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct and support investigations of potential insider risk activity and suspicious financial behavior
• Review investigative documentation and assist with the preparation and filing of SARs
• Identify patterns and emerging risks through investigative analysis and reporting

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in AML compliance, financial crime investigations, or related fields
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML regulations
• Experience conducting complex financial crime or compliance investigations
• Strong analytical and investigative skills
