Compliance Manager, M&A Integration

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager - M&A Integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute compliance due diligence activities across active transactions
• Drive execution of post-close compliance activities, including policy alignment and training delivery
• Act as a liaison between Compliance, Legal, Finance, HR, and business leadership during integration execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
• A minimum of 5+ years relevant experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory roles
• Strong knowledge of global regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to manage complex information and track multiple workstreams
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
