Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager, Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Review marketing assets and strategies for compliance
Coordinate with bank partner stakeholders for compliant solutions
Monitor marketing assets to ensure regulatory requirements are met

Required Qualifications:

10+ years experience in reviewing marketing assets in a bank or fintech company
Expertise in consumer financial protections requirements
Ability to provide actionable recommendations and solutions
Experience guiding Product and Marketing teams for compliant outcomes
Knowledge of FINRA and SEC advertising/marketing rules is a plus
