Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Integration Compliance Manager - Marketing Review.

Key Responsibilities

Handle regulatory and compliance issues in accordance with company practices
Conduct daily reviews of marketing materials for compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Assist with the integration of acquired businesses and manage updates of internal compliance resources

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3+ years of compliance experience with investment advisor or broker dealer marketing rules
Strong knowledge of investment and finance concepts
Series 65 license preferred; FINRA registrations are a plus
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
