Compliance Manager - Mortgage Servicing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager, Servicing & Regulatory Change.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee mortgage servicing compliance, ensuring adherence to federal and state laws, investor requirements, and internal policies
• Manage servicing-related regulatory examinations and consumer complaints, ensuring timely resolutions and compliance with regulatory timeframes
• Lead enterprise-wide change management initiatives driven by regulatory developments, ensuring effective implementation across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field; JD or relevant advanced degree preferred
• Minimum seven years of mortgage compliance experience, with at least three years focused on loan servicing compliance
• Minimum three years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative cloud-based programs
