Compliance Manager - NJ Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Compliance to oversee compliance for Accident & Health and some Property & Casualty products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and draft policy forms and enhancements in line with regulatory requirements
• Oversee the review and distribution of insurance bulletins, legislation, and regulations
• Mentor and supervise lower-level staff, ensuring compliance across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree from an accredited college or university
• 8+ years of experience in the insurance industry with product filing experience
• Working knowledge of group Accident & Health and/or travel insurance products
• Strong understanding of compliance laws and regulatory aspects of the insurance industry
• Proficient in SERFF and Microsoft Office Software
