Job Summary

Leading financial planning and oversight initiatives, the full-time Compliance Manager - Portfolio Management will manage budget governance, strategic alignment, and investment oversight within the Global Financial Crimes Compliance portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual and long-range planning activities across the GFCC portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and financial investments
• Own portfolio budget management, including forecasting, variance analysis, and ongoing expense governance
• Develop cost-benefit analyses and business cases to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, business management, or related fields
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets and executive-level financial reporting
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders in matrixed organizations
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
