Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Compliance Manager to lead their compliance program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Compliance Team, focusing on performance management and mentorship
• Develop and implement strategies for the Enterprise Compliance Practice, tracking progress and addressing blockers
• Oversee security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards and prepare reports for senior management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in security compliance, information security, or audit
• In-depth knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulations such as SOX and PCI DSS
• Experience in assessing security controls and guiding control owners on compliance requirements
• At least 1-2 years of experience in managing and mentoring staff
