Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager, Transparency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support transparency reporting activities in compliance with applicable laws and company policies
• Ensure accurate reporting for all Transfers of Value (TOV) and assist with HCP dispute resolutions
• Conduct compliance investigations and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance corporate compliance programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in a healthcare compliance role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• In-depth knowledge of state and federal regulations related to HCP/HCO spend reporting
• Advanced knowledge in Excel and proficiency in Power Point, Word, Outlook, and SAP
• Strong understanding of laws impacting the medical device or life science industry, such as the Sunshine Act
