Compliance Monitoring Specialist
Job Summary
To support compliance initiatives, the full-time remote Compliance Monitoring Specialist will manage compliance control frameworks, conduct risk assessments, and enhance monitoring activities across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships across various departments to influence compliance outcomes
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of the compliance control framework and risk assessment processes
- Develop and execute risk-based monitoring activities, recommending automation and data analytics solutions
Required qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, or a related second-line function within regulated financial services
- Experience using GRC platforms and risk assessment methodologies
- Proficiency in leveraging data analytics and automation to improve compliance monitoring
- Strong analytical skills with a risk-based mindset and critical thinking abilities
- CRCM, CIA, or equivalent certification preferred
