Compliance Officer

Job Summary

Leading the compliance efforts for a growing organization, the full-time remote Compliance Officer will develop and implement a comprehensive compliance program, manage corporate and regulatory compliance, and establish training initiatives to ensure adherence to applicable laws and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a compliance program that aligns with laws and industry best practices
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the compliance program is updated accordingly
• Establish training programs to educate employees on compliance requirements and assess their effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in compliance roles within the insurance industry
• Deep knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance frameworks
• Proven ability to develop and implement compliance programs and policies
• Professional certifications in compliance or insurance-related fields are a plus
