Compliance Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Officer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform audits to detect violations of laws, regulations, and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments to address compliance issues and monitor compliance activities
• Support the Compliance function by monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of the Compliance Program

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 5-10 years of compliance, audit, and/or loss mitigation experience
• Compliance, ethics, fraud, or internal audit related certification strongly preferred
• Knowledge of the financial services industry, preferably in insurance, banking, or real estate mortgage services
• Basic knowledge of the audit process
