Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Officer responsible for managing its compliance program and ensuring adherence to laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and monitoring of the compliance program across trading evaluation platforms
• Act as the primary compliance resource for AML/KYC, ensuring alignment with applicable standards
• Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews to evaluate adherence to internal controls and external requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
• 5-9+ years of compliance experience in a fintech or regulated environment
• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC requirements and relevant regulations
• Familiarity with trading platforms and online financial services operations
• Experience implementing and maintaining compliance programs and internal controls
