Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and statutory requirements
Serve as the designated Compliance Officer and subject matter expert in compliance
Independently run the Compliance department and make data-driven compliance recommendations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Arts/Science degree from an accredited college or university
Ten years of related experience in areas such as Lending, Operations, or Regulatory Compliance
Knowledge of compliance with consumer lending laws, Bank Secrecy Act, and federal banking regulations
PC skills and organizational skills
