Compliance Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Officer to oversee compliance and privacy programs within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain compliance and privacy programs aligned with regulatory standards
• Manage internal and regulatory audits, and oversee investigations related to fraud, waste, and abuse
• Collaborate with stakeholders to foster a strong culture of compliance through training and support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (JD, MBA, MPH, MHA, or equivalent)
• 10+ years of leadership experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management in healthcare
• 5+ years of executive-level leadership in compliance or related oversight functions
• 5+ years of managed care experience with health plans and Medicare regulations
• 3 years of experience in program integrity or claims integrity related to fraud, waste, and abuse
