Compliance Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Officer responsible for overseeing compliance and privacy programs in managed practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee the Compliance Program and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations
• Manage compliance reporting channels and coordinate internal and external compliance audits
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to compliance and privacy, including training programs for staff

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a clinical profession preferred
• Certifications in Healthcare Compliance preferred
• Minimum 8-10 years of recent related compliance experience in healthcare
• Minimum 5 years of management or leadership experience
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare fraud and abuse laws, HIPAA privacy rules, and OSHA compliance standards
