Compliance Officer

Job Summary

Monitoring compliance with MiCA and other regulatory requirements, the full-time Compliance Officer will advise management, conduct ongoing compliance monitoring, and oversee the implementation of internal policies in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with MiCA and other applicable regulatory requirements
• Advise management on regulatory obligations and their application to the business
• Conduct ongoing compliance monitoring across the organization

Required qualifications

• Solid experience in regulatory compliance within financial services
• Good working knowledge of MiCA, DORA, and AML/CFT obligations
• Familiarity with consumer protection requirements
• Understanding of governance and outsourcing requirements
• Strong communication skills with comfort engaging with senior management and the board
