Compliance Officer

Job Summary

To ensure effective compliance across the region, the remote Compliance Officer will manage compliance programs, conduct risk assessments, and oversee policy implementation while reporting to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure compliance program effectiveness and drive corrective actions
• Lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of compliance risks, ensuring timely implementation of remediation actions
• Oversee the regional compliance training strategy, promoting a strong ethical culture and measurable impact through KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs within financial services or insurance
• Familiarity with FDCPA, CFPB guidelines, and insurance sales regulations
• Certifications such as CRCM or other compliance-related certifications preferred
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
