Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Officer II - Trust & Fiduciary Services (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Leads compliance improvement initiatives by analyzing laws and internal processes to develop compliant policies and procedures
  • Acts as a liaison during compliance examinations and resolves complex issues related to compliance and risk
  • Develops and maintains a compliance testing program and prepares reports on compliance testing results
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, or Banking, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of current laws, regulations, and compliance requirements affecting the banking sector
  • Experience with personal and institutional trust governing documents and regulations is preferred
  • Familiarity with ERISA and corresponding retirement plan types is preferred
