Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Officer III - Advisory.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance the compliance management system (CMS) to ensure alignment with laws and regulations
• Provide strategic compliance advice and support to Bank Business Lines and BaaS FinTech Partners
• Lead compliance risk assessments and oversee complaint analysis for assigned areas

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 10+ years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or legal roles in financial services
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation, or ability to obtain within one year
• Leadership experience in compliance and regulatory examination processes
• Extensive knowledge of financial services and compliance laws and regulations
