Compliance Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the execution of a healthcare compliance program, the contract Compliance Operations Analyst will work remotely to perform data analysis, monitor compliance activities, and assist in auditing processes within a leading global life sciences organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day compliance operations, including activity monitoring and issue tracking
• Perform routine data analysis on healthcare professional and healthcare organization engagements and maintain compliance documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to gather data and resolve compliance inquiries

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Public Health, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk functions within the pharma, biotech, or healthcare industry
• Working knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements, including the Anti-Kickback Statute and Sunshine Act
• Foundational analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and lookups
• Exposure to monitoring, auditing, or data reconciliation activities
