Compliance Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Compliance Operations Analyst will manage the ongoing maintenance and development of eBay's AML Transaction Monitoring program by reviewing alerts, conducting due diligence, and collaborating with team members to enhance compliance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute transaction monitoring procedures and analyze results for unusual activity
• Perform extensive research and due diligence on transactions and accounts
• Collaborate with team members to improve policies and streamline compliance procedures

Required qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field, or 1-2 years of AML experience or 2+ years of fraud/compliance experience
• Strong research and analytical skills with a focus on compliance due diligence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to adapt in an agile work environment
