Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze state and federal insurance regulations for compliance
• Research and document state and federal laws impacting Group Life, Health, and Supplemental products
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address compliance risks and conduct audits

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or higher, legal degree required
• Ten plus years of relevant compliance or business experience in state filing and product form compliance
• Knowledge of state and federal insurance regulations, including NAIC model laws
• Professional certification (e.g., AIRC, CPCU, or other compliance-related designations) is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and regulatory tracking tools
