Compliance Operations Leader

Job Summary

Driving operational effectiveness in compliance, the full-time remote Compliance Operations Leader will manage global compliance programs, oversee communications strategies, and enhance engagement initiatives across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operational management of global compliance programs, including risk governance, training, and anti-bribery initiatives
• Develop and execute a comprehensive compliance communications strategy to promote awareness and engagement across the organization
• Partner with compliance subject matter experts to ensure operational infrastructure supports compliance objectives and measure program performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, law, or a related field
• 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 8 years in compliance, ethics, or risk management within a large multinational organization
• Demonstrated experience in managing compliance operations and developing compliance communications strategies
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions in a global operating environment
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
