Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support ongoing compliance and operational initiatives across the organization
• Partner closely with outside counsel to ensure all state licensure requirements are current and maintained
• Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, legal partners, and client-facing teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, operations, or a related field
• Strong preference for experience within a pharmacy benefits manager (PBM) or closely related healthcare organization
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment with evolving responsibilities
• Highly organized and proactive
