Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Compliance Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine reviews of all active listing, sale, lease, and referral transactions in all operational states within Compliance Review Tool
Ensure timely processing of real estate transaction files, adhering to established file review goals
Provide guidance to agents and TCs to ensure files are complete and compliant

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of real estate experience
Active real estate license in at least one of the company's operating markets
In-depth knowledge of Real Estate Transaction Coordination and related software
Impeccable attention to detail
Careful attention to file review requirements
