Compliance Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and highly organized, the full-time remote Compliance Operations Specialist will support compliance, risk, and regulatory operations by managing customer onboarding, transaction monitoring, and documentation review to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day compliance operations, including customer onboarding and internal compliance workflows
• Conduct KYC, KYB, and customer due diligence reviews in line with internal policies and regulatory expectations
• Review customer and transaction activity to identify potential compliance risks and escalate unusual findings to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk operations, or a related field
• Experience with KYC, KYB, AML/BSA, and transaction monitoring processes
• Strong ability to assess risk and identify red flags
• Familiarity with internal policies, procedures, and operational workflows
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and compliance tools
