Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Oversight Specialist - Non-Clinical.

Key Responsibilities

Conducts focused reviews and audits to assess compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
Collaborates with business owners and delegated subcontractors to drive remediation and maintain compliance integrity
Prepares formal written reports on oversight findings and evaluates the effectiveness of compliance programs

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience (Associates with 4 years or HSD/GED with 5 years)
3+ years of experience in Managed Care/Health Insurance
Preferred 1+ year of experience in project oversight roles
Preferred 1+ year of experience interpreting State and Federal laws and regulations
A required license in HealthCare Compliance (CHC) is preferred
