Compliance Oversight Specialist

Job Summary

Participating in the oversight of corporate ethics and compliance programs, the full-time remote Compliance Oversight Specialist will conduct audits, monitor compliance activities, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct focused reviews and audits to assess compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with business owners and subcontractors to identify and mitigate compliance risks
• Prepare formal reports on oversight activities and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of applicable experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of applicable experience
• 3+ years of experience in Managed Care/Health Insurance
• Preferred 1+ year of experience in project oversight roles with the ability to influence implementation
• Preferred 1+ year of experience in analyzing State and Federal laws and regulations
• Preferred 1+ year of experience in State Medicaid or Federal managed care compliance
