Compliance Oversight Specialist

Job Summary

Participating in the oversight of corporate ethics and compliance programs, the full-time remote Compliance Oversight Specialist will conduct reviews and audits, monitor compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure integrity in health care program operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct focused reviews and audits to assess compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with business owners and subcontractors to identify and mitigate compliance risks
• Prepare formal written reports on oversight activities and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or an Associate's Degree with 4 years of applicable experience, or a HSD/GED with 5 years of applicable experience
• 3+ years of experience in Managed Care/Health Insurance
• Preferred 1+ year of experience in project oversight roles with demonstrated implementation skills
• Preferred 1+ year of experience analyzing State and Federal laws, rules, and regulations
• Preferred 1+ year of experience in State Medicaid or Federal managed care compliance
