Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compliance People Operations Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local labor laws through proactive auditing and designing scalable processes for continuous compliance
- Prepare and submit annual regulatory reports such as EEO-1, California Pay Data, VETS-4212, and Affirmative Action Plan
- Partner cross-functionally to identify compliance issues, create/implement processes and policies, and monitor HR compliance-related training
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a related HR/People Operations role with compliance knowledge of US labor law and regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and process adherence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets with a data-oriented mindset
- Ability to effectively communicate complex compliance information to stakeholders
- Experience drafting and implementing HR policies and programs
