Compliance Plan Manager
Job Summary
To support compliance with ERISA guidelines, the full-time remote Compliance Plan Manager will manage client inquiries, oversee account servicing, and ensure adherence to plan documents and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to plan sponsor and participant questions while assisting in account servicing
- Prepare and maintain compliance documentation, including recordkeeper access forms and annual plan assessments
- Conduct monthly monitoring and compliance testing for assigned plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferred
- 2+ years of Qualified Plan Experience
- Preferred certifications: OKA, CPFA, CkP, AIF
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
