Compliance Plan Manager
Job Summary
To oversee compliance operations for various retirement plans, the full-time remote Compliance Plan Manager will manage client inquiries, assist with account servicing, and ensure adherence to ERISA guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to plan sponsor and participant questions while overseeing account servicing and participant requests
- Prepare and maintain necessary documentation for compliance, including annual assessments and audit information
- Monitor and process compliance testing and validation forms to ensure ongoing adherence to plan documents and regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Qualified Plans
- Preferred certifications include OKA, CPFA, CkP, AIF
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
