Compliance Policy Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the development and management of organizational policies, the full-time Compliance Policy Analyst will monitor policy workflows, respond to regulatory inquiries, and assist in compliance training, all while working remotely from anywhere in the Continental United States.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to external requests for information related to regulatory filings
- Monitor the creation, revision, and approval workflows for company policies and procedures
- Assist in developing and conducting compliance training programs and perform periodic compliance audits
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's or Juris Doctorate preferred
- 1+ years of related experience in compliance, privacy, and/or regulatory affairs
- Working knowledge of compliance laws and regulations, particularly HIPAA and state regulations
