Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Compliance Policy Oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end policy life cycle and governance processes
• Support responses to audits, regulatory inquiries, and internal reviews related to policies and procedures
• Perform periodic audits, risk assessments, and ongoing compliance monitoring activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Master's or Juris Doctorate degree preferred
• 4+ years of compliance experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
• At least 2+ years of Medicaid, Medicare, or Commercial Managed Care experience
• Experience interacting with federal and state regulatory agencies in a managed care or insurance environment preferred
