Job Summary

Leading financial planning and oversight initiatives, the full-time salaried Compliance Portfolio Manager will manage budget governance, investment strategies, and executive reporting within the Global Financial Crimes Compliance portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual and long-range planning activities to align strategic priorities with financial investments across the GFCC portfolio
• Oversee portfolio budget management, including forecasting, variance analysis, and ongoing expense governance
• Develop cost-benefit analyses and investment recommendations to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, business management, or portfolio management
• Proven experience managing budgets and executive-level financial reporting
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
