Key Responsibilities:

Implement, maintain, and monitor compliance and privacy requirements
Manage a team of compliance and privacy professionals
Oversee investigations, audits, and communication related to compliance and privacy incidents

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business, healthcare, or related field
3+ years of experience managing a team of compliance and privacy professionals
7+ years of experience in compliance and privacy
Direct experience with health insurance payors, providers, or health systems preferred
CHC, CHPC, or other related certification preferred
