Compliance Procurement Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the vendor management lifecycle, the full-time Compliance Procurement Analyst will manage RFPs, onboarding, and renewals, while collaborating with Finance and Compliance to ensure effective contracting and risk evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Independently coordinate vendor RFPs, onboarding, renewals, and amendments, ensuring timely completion of workflows
• Conduct thorough spend analysis and prepare negotiation support materials to identify cost savings opportunities
• Perform vendor risk assessments and maintain accurate vendor risk profiles, escalating concerns as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 3-5+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of healthcare/insurance regulatory compliance experience required
• Strong understanding of healthcare laws and regulations with proven experience interpreting them
• Process Improvement/Lean/Six Sigma training and experience preferred
