Compliance Product Support Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Compliance Product Support Engineer, this full-time remote position will serve as the primary technical authority for ELD compliance products, managing escalated customer issues and ensuring accurate recording of Hours of Service and Records of Duty Status data.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the final escalation point for intricate ELD compliance product issues for post-sales customers
• Analyze device telemetry and fleet-level patterns, translating data into actionable technical narratives
• Drive continuous product improvement through post-mortem analyses and collaboration with Support and R&D teams

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 6+ years of experience in technical support, field engineering, or systems engineering with distributed products
• Familiarity with ELD regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience in direct customer interaction and incident response
• Technical proficiency in interfacing with engineers and working with SaaS systems
