Compliance Program Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the development and improvement of compliance initiatives, the full-time Compliance Program Analyst will manage compliance monitoring, auditing, and risk assessments while collaborating on privacy program support and third-party compliance activities.
Key responsibilities
- Perform compliance monitoring, auditing, and testing activities to evaluate adherence to regulatory and corporate policy requirements
- Assist with the administration of the Privacy Program and investigate privacy concerns and potential breaches
- Support third-party compliance activities, including vendor compliance reviews and contract obligation tracking
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Compliance, or related field
- Five or more years of experience in compliance, auditing, or regulatory affairs
- Working knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and other healthcare compliance regulations
- Experience conducting audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to prepare executive-level reports
