Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Compliance Program Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct compliance audits and develop corrective action plans to meet regulatory requirements
  • Oversee compliance communication and policy development across departments
  • Investigate suspected fraud and report findings to management and regulatory bodies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of compliance program management and contract experience with State Medicaid programs
  • 2+ years of experience in developing compliance and fraud programs
  • 2 years of experience overseeing contract implementation
  • Previous management experience in hiring, training, and performance management
