Key Responsibilities
- Conduct compliance audits and develop corrective action plans to meet regulatory requirements
- Oversee compliance communication and policy development across departments
- Investigate suspected fraud and report findings to management and regulatory bodies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of compliance program management and contract experience with State Medicaid programs
- 2+ years of experience in developing compliance and fraud programs
- 2 years of experience overseeing contract implementation
- Previous management experience in hiring, training, and performance management
