Driving compliance initiatives, the full-time Compliance Program Lead will oversee the development and execution of compliance projects, ensuring adherence to regulations while collaborating with stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement compliance programs aligned with regulatory standards and organizational goals
• Monitor project progress and compliance metrics, ensuring operational objectives are met
• Act as the liaison between compliance teams and stakeholders, fostering clear communication and collaboration

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in compliance management or project management
• Familiarity with developing compliance programs and conducting risk assessments
• Proficiency in contemporary web tools such as Google Docs and Zapier
• Exceptional organizational skills and analytical thinking
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
