Compliance Program Lead

Job Summary

Leading and managing key components of the Corporate Compliance and Privacy Program, the full-time Compliance Program Lead will develop, implement, and enhance compliance processes while serving as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to business leaders in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage major components of the Corporate Compliance and Privacy Program, ensuring effective compliance infrastructure
• Lead cross-functional compliance projects and initiatives, driving collaboration and accountability across multiple business functions
• Administer compliance hotline and incident management systems, coordinating the resolution of compliance, ethics, and privacy concerns

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Legal Studies, Compliance, or a related field preferred
• Five or more years of experience in healthcare compliance, privacy, ethics, audit, quality, or risk management
• Experience supporting and/or leading compliance programs, investigations, and governance activities
• Strong understanding of compliance investigations and regulatory requirements
• Certifications such as Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
